Bookings & Payments​​

• All course bookings must be made in advance via email, social media, or through the booking system (if applicable).

• Full payment is required to secure your place unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are clearly listed for each course

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Refunds are available under the following terms:

  • Up to 7 days before course start date: Full refund or transfer to a future course.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: 50% refund.

  • After the course has started: No refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

• If a class is cancelled by Tiny Toes (e.g. due to illness or emergency), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Missed Sessions

• If you miss a session, I will do my best to offer catch-up materials or rescheduling where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

• Refunds are not given for missed sessions unless agreed under special circumstances.

Health & Safety

• Please inform me of any relevant medical conditions (yours or your baby’s) before the course begins.

• All participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and for that of their baby during sessions.

• Tiny Toes accepts no liability for any injury or loss sustained during a session unless caused by proven negligence.

Online Sessions

• If attending via Zoom or other platforms, please ensure you have a safe, quiet space and stable internet connection.

• You are responsible for your own environment and any interruptions during the session.

Privacy & Data

• Your personal information will be kept secure and never shared with third parties without your consent.

• By submitting your contact details, you agree to being contacted about your booking and relevant course information.

• All course content, handouts, and recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without permission.

Respectful Environment

• Tiny Toes is a welcoming and inclusive space. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from a course without refund.
