
Refund Policy
Effective from: 01/06/2025
At Tiny Toes, I understand that circumstances can change. My refund policy is designed to be fair while also respecting the time and preparation involved in planning each course and session.
Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your booking:

More than 7 days before the course or session start date:
You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability). -
Less than 7 days before the start date:
You will receive a 50% refund, or you may request to transfer to a future course at Tiny Toes’ discretion. -
After the course or session has started:
Refunds are not available, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical issues), and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Sessions
Refunds are not given for missed sessions. Where possible, alternative materials or a catch-up option may be offered, but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellations by Tiny Toes
If a class or course is cancelled by me (e.g. due to illness or emergency):

You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule or transfer your booking to a future course.

Private & One-Off Sessions
For private sessions (e.g. refresher or c-section courses), the same cancellation rules apply as above. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, a 50% refund may be offered. No refunds will be given once the session has taken place.

Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
