Whether it’s been a while since your last baby or you simply want to boost your confidence for this next chapter, this focused session will leave you feeling prepared, empowered, and relaxed. In this session, we’ll cover: • A recap of breathing, relaxation, and visualisation techniques • Refreshing your understanding of how the mind and body work in labour • Rebuilding confidence and releasing any new fears • Adapting your birth preferences and mindset for this journey • Partner support and role reinforcement This is a one-off session (typically around 1.5–2 hours) and can be tailored to your needs. It’s ideal for second-time (or more!) parents who want a supportive, encouraging space to prepare for birth again—with calm and clarity.
