This gentle pregnancy relaxation course is designed to give you a weekly moment of calm, helping you release tension, ease anxiety, and connect with your baby in a supportive and soothing environment. Each session includes: • Guided breathing and visualisation techniques • Deep relaxation and mindfulness exercises • Gentle movement and stretches (optional) • Time to connect with other expectant parents • Positive affirmations to build confidence for birth You don’t need any prior experience—just come as you are. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding to your family, this course will help you feel nurtured, grounded, and more connected to your pregnancy journey. Sessions typically last 1 hour and are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Take time for yourself. Breathe. Relax. Prepare for birth with calm and confidence.
